    Low Carb Pumpkin Bread

    Yay, it’s Tuesday! Monday flew by and before I knew it, it was Tuesday! Last night I ran 2 miles because my 10k gets closer everyday! I am happy to say that these miles feel good. Since I have been really focusing on eating more of a high protein, low carb “diet”, I wanted to share with you a Low Carb Pumpkin Bread that actually tastes really, really good and is just about 4 net carbs per serving! If you prefer your breads a little sweeter, there is even a frosting recipe!
