Upcoming Race Schedule

Hey Everyone!

I hope you had a wonderful and productive Thursday! Mine started out busy and only got busier as the day went on. Thankfully, tomorrow is Friday! One highlight of today was that Damiean and I got to grab a quick lunch, which was a welcome break. After I got home, I made some cookie dough for a new cookie we are trying at the Farmer’s Market this weekend. Once that was in the fridge, I jumped on the treadmill for a quick 3 mile run while watching Scandal.

Speaking of running! I have quite a few races on the schedule. The next few months are prime running weather in Arizona and I got lucky and found quite a few races to do.

The first upcoming race is the Wicked 10k. This is a fun race that is an out and back and relatively flat. I have done this route before but I do typically run the 1/2. Since it has been awhile since I have run that far, I decided the 10k would be the perfect distance.

The next race after that is the Sparky’s Challenge Run/ Walk. This takes place in November a weekend before the Women’s Run Series- Special Edition Half Marathon. This will be my first half of this season, also it is my first time running this particular race. The best part? It takes place the day after my birthday!

Next up is the Run, Run, Rudolph half. This one is always fun because it is right around Christmas and very festive.

Next up, the Rock and Roll Half Marathon in January. Last year was my first time running this race and I definitely fell in love!

I am so, so excited to start this race season and will definitely be sharing it both on here and on social media!
