Tell Me About It Tuesday- Holiday Movie Edition

Hi There,

This post is going up a bit later then I intended but I am curious!

What is your favorite holiday movie on Netflix right now?

Lately, I have found myself indulging in all the romantic Christmas/ Holiday movies that Netflix has to offer. While some have been a little bit too cringe-worthy, I have found what I feel are a few hidden gems.

1. The Christmas Chronicles- I technically watched this last year but I did re-watch it again this year and still enjoyed it just as much. I found the storyline entertaining and who doesn’t love Kurt Russell!
2. The Princess Switch- This movie was cute! I loved all of the characters and was thoroughly entertained.
3. The Princess Switch: Switched again- Again, this movie was cute and predictable. Definitely a necessary aspect in today’s world
4. The Christmas Inheritance- I liked this movie. It was a bit cheesier and had some aspects that I left me scratching my head as to why they were included but I did enjoy it.
5. Holidate- I LOVED this movie. Definitely not kid friendly but if you are looking for a movie to watch that will make you laugh and entertain you, this is a great one!

My top 2 least favorites that I could not even make it part of the way through were:

1. Christmas Wedding Planner- Omg…the cringe factor is real in this movie. I really wanted to like it and kept watching in hopes it would get better. However, it didn’t and I found myself turning it off before even making it halfway through.
2. Christmas in the Smokies- Yikes! Again, I really wanted to like this. I am all about cheesy, romantic holiday movies but this one gave me second hand embarrassment and I could not stand the acting!
