Be A Thermostat and Not A Thermometer!

Happy Thursday Everyone! I hope you all had a fantastic day. Today was…a day! I don’t know why this week seems so stressful but I hope that tomorrow will be better.

I have found this week that I have to keep reminding myself of this quote. I have heard it many times but most recently was watching a video where Rachel Hollis and her amazing husband, Dave were discussing the importance of setting the tone in your environment rather than reacting to the tone set by others. Yesterday, Wednesday, was crazy. For the last couple of weeks every Wednesday has been horrible and I find myself moody and agitated by the end of the day. Today was better but again I let other set the temperature. Tomorrow, I have promised myself that I am going to be more intentional of setting the temperature and not reacting to it.

I am so excited that tomorrow is Friday. I have got a busy but really fun weekend planned and some amazing projects on the agenda that I can’t wait to share with you.
