October Goals
Hi There!
This post is a little bit late going up but today was a long, busy day so we are just going to go with it!
I am participating in the #last90days with Rachel Hollis currently and that has somewhat forced me ( in a good way) to focus on goals.
Today was my follow up appointment with my doctor regarding the leg infection I’ve been dealing with. Luckily, it was good news and it looks like the infection is gone. For now I am dealing with the dry skin and finishing up the medication I was prescribed.
That brings me to my first goal: Focusing on my health!
Since I have been dealing with this current health crisis lately, it has caused me to take a look at how I have been taking care of myself lately. I am happy to say that even before this challenge started I had been eating better and working out. With the swollen foot and medications it was hard to keep up but I am excited to get started again! I do have 3 half marathons coming up soon so it will be good to have an end goal
My second goal is going to be: Have Fun!
I will admit I like to stick to the usual plan and do the usual day in and day out activities.For these month of October and hopefully the last 90 days, I am going to focus on cutting down the stress and focus on having fun. Luckily, I have quite a few fun activities planned and I am excited to share them with you!
My third goal: Drink more water!
I don’t know about you but I have a hard time drinking half of my body weight in water. This month I am trying to focus on drinking more water and hydrating the right way. While this does tie in with health, I felt it was important to mention separately.
My fourth goal: Blog everyday!
While the blog posts like today’s might sometime come up a little later than intended, it is my intention to blog everyday.
Lastly, the my fifth goal is: Get Organized!
I consider myself pretty organized but I really want to clear out some clutter and get myself even more organized.
