Chocolate Chip Blondies- #NationalChocolateChipDay

I hope you are all having a wonderful day so far! In case you didn’t know or do not keep track of obscure holidays, today is National Chocolate Chip Day!!!

In honor of this very important holiday, I wanted to share with you a new recipe for Chocolate Chip Blondies. These are so delicious and just the right consistency to be somewhere between a cookie and brownie. They are also super easy to throw together and will be in and out of the oven before you know it.

Chocolate Chip Blondies

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ Cups Packed Light Brown Sugar
  • ½ Cup Butter, Melted
  • 2 Large Eggs, Lightly Beaten
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 ½ Cups All- Purpose Flour
  • ½ Teaspoon Salt
  • ½ Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 ½ Cups Semisweet Chocolate Chips

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 Degrees
  2. Combine the brown sugar, butter, eggs and vanilla, mix until blended.
  3. Add flour, baking powder and salt to the brown sugar mixture.
  4. Stir until completely combined.
  5. Add chocolate chips.
  6. Spread batter into a greased 13X9 in baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees until a toothpick inserted comes out clean, roughly 25-28 minutes.
  7. Cool completely and cut into bars.
