Preheat the oven to 375* Fahrenheit.
Combine butter, brown sugar, white sugar and beat together until smooth and creamy.
Add egg,vanilla pumpkin and beat until smooth.
In a separate bowl, mix, flour, oats, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
Slowly stir the butter mixture into the dry ingredients until fully combined.
Stir in mini chocolate chips.
Scoop 1 to 2 tablespoons of batter for each cookie onto a cookie or baking sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned.
Let cool.
