I know, I know. It’s Tuesday! I had the best of intentions on posting this yesterday but did not quite get it finished! So therefore, you are getting two posts today to make up for it. How was your weekend? Mine always seem to fly by too quickly and before I know it I am back in my office wondering where the time went. Friday night I made some delicious ribs in the Instapot.
