Staying Close to the Magic: A Review of the Howard Johnson- Anaheim Hotel & Water Playground
Happy Friday Everyone!!!
If you follow along on Instagram (which you totally should!) you know I just got back from a trip to Anaheim.
As a Disney fanatic, I am always on the lookout for the best places to stay when visiting Disneyland. Recently, I had the opportunity to stay at the Anaheim Howard Johnson, and I have to say, I was impressed. One of the things that stood out to me most about this hotel was its proximity to the park. The hotel is just an eight-minute walk away from the Disneyland gates, making it an ideal choice for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay.
When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted with friendly and welcoming staff. The check-in process was quick and easy, and we were soon on our way to our room. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The beds were comfortable, and the room had all the amenities we needed, including a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker.
During our stay we also had access to the hotel’s very own water park. The water park was a hit with my family, we spent hours splashing around and enjoying the various water slides and pools. My toddler especially loved the splash pad and wading pool. It was a great way to cool off and relax after a hot day out and about at the beach.
In addition to its proximity to the park, the Anaheim Howard Johnson also offers a variety of amenities to make your stay even more enjoyable. The hotel has an outdoor pool and a hot tub, perfect for relaxing after a long day at the park. Forget your toothbrush or want to purchase some souvenirs? There is an amazing convenience store on site that is open until 11:00 P.M. Not only did they have snacks and drinks, they also had a variety of shirts, keychains and Loungefly backpacks!
Overall, I was extremely impressed with the Anaheim Howard Johnson. The hotel’s proximity to the park, comfortable rooms, and great amenities make it an ideal choice for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay while visiting Disneyland. The added bonus of the hotel’s own water park made our stay even more enjoyable.
If you’re planning a trip to Disneyland, I highly recommend giving the Anaheim Howard Johnson a try. It’s an excellent value for the price and an experience you’ll never forget. Ready to book? Use my special link to save some money on your next stay: Click Here
