Chocolate Chip Blondies- #NationalChocolateChipDay

I hope you are all having a wonderful day so far! In case you didn’t know or do not keep track of obscure holidays, today is National Chocolate Chip Day!!!
In honor of this very important holiday, I wanted to share with you a new recipe for Chocolate Chip Blondies. These are so delicious and just the right consistency to be somewhere between a cookie and brownie. They are also super easy to throw together and will be in and out of the oven before you know it.
Chocolate Chip Blondies
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ Cups Packed Light Brown Sugar
- ½ Cup Butter, Melted
- 2 Large Eggs, Lightly Beaten
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 ½ Cups All- Purpose Flour
- ½ Teaspoon Salt
- ½ Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 ½ Cups Semisweet Chocolate Chips
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 Degrees
- Combine the brown sugar, butter, eggs and vanilla, mix until blended.
- Add flour, baking powder and salt to the brown sugar mixture.
- Stir until completely combined.
- Add chocolate chips.
- Spread batter into a greased 13X9 in baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees until a toothpick inserted comes out clean, roughly 25-28 minutes.
- Cool completely and cut into bars.
