3 Ingredient Hawaiian Meatballs

Hello, Hello!!!

I know it has been a hot minute since I last posted but I am finally getting back into what feels like a groove that should allow me to be more present. Having 2 kids and running my own business is definitely A LOT!! But, it is amazing and I am so truly appreciative for the opportunity. I will be sharing an update soon but for now I wanted to start out with something easy!

Since we are in the midst of summer down here in AZ, I thought I would share with you one of my go-to recipes that doesn’t require an oven or a million ingredients. In fact, this one is pretty set and forget since you are using a crockpot. Outside of that, that the best part is it is only 3 ingredients! You can add peppers or onions if you choose to but I kept it super simple.

3 Ingredient Hawaiian Meatballs (Crockpot)

INGREDIENTS

  • 25 frozen meatballs
  • 1 cup bbq sauce
  • 8 ounce can of  pineapple chunks

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add the meatballs to the slow cooker.
  2. Add pineapple chunks and juice. Mix together the pineapple and meatballs.
  3.  Pour the BBQ sauce over the top. Stir until the meatballs are coated with bbq sauce.
  4. Cook on high for 2 to 3 hours.
  5. Enjoy!

**Serving suggestions: Can be served as an appetizer or main dish. Can be served with rice or Hawaiian rolls. Recipe can easily be doubled for a crowd

I would love to hear what you think.

See you real soon!
